Thanks to new friends Bill Lund and Bill White (as some of you know, I drive a Miata), I made it to Osier. I have never seen Osier so busy. Engine #19 arrived with Pile Driver OB from Antonito, Geese #5 and #7 from Antonito, Special freight /#315, and regular trains #215 and #216.

The automobile ride was long, and very rough the last 2 miles, thanks to Conductor Ray I was able to secure a seat back to Cumbres Pass on Train #215 where I had left my Miata.

Our westbound train was putting out a lot of smoke and I was lucky to get any clear photos as we departed.
